Tea Dances!
The Rose & Peacock Social Club is thrilled to offer something truly special for our members and their guests. We are offering an afternoon of social ballroom dancing with a live band for your enJOYment.
Enjoy the music you are already familiar with; Frank Sinatra, Doris Day, Cole Porter, the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Irving Berlin, and much more! We will not be playing Western/Country music, we will not be playing Rock & Roll music.
Tea Dances will be held from1:00pm to 3:30pm, on the third and last Sundays of each month. Ladies, your Gentlemen guests as dance partners are most welcome!
Please note! Our Club Dress Code will be in effect for all Ladies and all Gentlemen attending our Tea Dances.
Admission is just $15.00 for members and their guests, which includes The Rose & Peacock Tea Room’s Cream Tea served at the intermission/band break. What is a Cream Tea? It consists of a scone served with clotted cream or Devon cream and strawberry jam. Hot or iced tea, or our no-alcohol punch.
Health experts state that ballroom dancing is one of the best activities one can do for one’s health. Our Tea Dances will be the BEST thing to do on a Sunday here in Wichita. Join us for all the fun!

At The Rose & Peacock Social Club, we raise our teacups, and cheerfully say “here! here!” Our Club is just the place for that. During our open hours, members and their guests can enjoy our lovely Club facility.
Being with your groups!
Our members are encouraged to bring their groups (must be members or guests) to the Club. They can enJOY our AfternoonTea or Cream Tea with you! Socializing with good food for all your group meet-ups; Women’s bible studies, Red Hatter’s, knitters, book clubs, card buddies, (Spades or Bridge) and other social women’s groups, etc. are welcome. Reservations for Afternoon Tea and Creams would be required, for all large groups and all small groups.

Our Club will have The Rose & Peacock Tea Room, LLC as our exclusive in-house food servicer/caterer for the dining pleasure of our private members and their guests.
They will be serving a full English-style Afternoon Tea with seatings offered twice daily. Available Seatings times are 11:00am or 2:00pm. Priced at $35.00 per person, plus local sales tax. Menu items change weekly. Reservations are required.
They will also be a serving Cream Tea with seating offered once a day, later in the afternoon. Available Seating time is 4:00pm. Priced at $15.00 per person, plus local sales tax. Menu items change weekly. Reservations are required.
